Miamiiiiii

Hi C,

You always have the best road trip adventures hahah. It makes me sooo jealous!

My friend S and I went to Miami for the weekend to stay with our friend. We loooved it! I don’t think I have ever done so much in one trip haha. The first night, we went to the Pawn Broker which is a rooftop in Downtown Miami. It’s perfect for cocktails and small appetizers. The hummus with the pita bread were sooo addicting! We literally ordered four baskets of the pita haha.

We headed over to Batch because we heard that girls drink free between 11 p.m. and 1 a.m. and who doesn’t love free alcohol!? The music was pretty good but the dance floor was pretty empty so we headed over to Baru/Tucandela in Mary Brickell Village. It was PACKED! I always love seeing people dance and get into it hahah.

The next morning, we had brunch at the Donut Gallery in Key Biscayne. While the girls ordered semi-healthy food, I of course got the chocolate chip pancakes, eggs, bacon and hash browns. I’m seriously addicted unhealthy food hahahah.

For dinner, we went to Spris on Lincoln Road in Miami Beach. We shared an arugula and prosciutto pizza and the famous nutellino. One of my favorite things to do on Linclon Road is to people watch. It’s so amusing to see the various types of people walking around.

We went to meet V at Sing Sing Karaoke in Miami Beach. It was HILARIOUS! We were only going for an hour but ended up staying there until 3:30 a.m. We literally did not want to leave. It was sooo fun and I definitely want to go back the next time I’m in Miami. We started talking to all of the other people that were there and started singing with them. We sang “Dilemma” by Nelly, “Give Me Love” by Ed Sheeran, and “Wannabe” by the Spice Girls. Of course I rapped Eminem’s “Cleaning Out My Closet” like I usually do hahah.

The next morning we had brunch at The Restaurant at the Raleigh Hotel. I had gone there last time I visited Miami but I couldn’t stop thinking about their amazing buttery pancakes. One word: heaven. While I was enjoying my mouthwatering and moist pancakes, S ordered the burger which she really liked.

After brunch, we headed over to Wynwood and walked around. The art was quite impressive and it reminded me a lot of the art that I saw in LA. I took a lot of pictures to show you. Enjoy!!

Miss you!

Xoxo,

– K
