Paris, je t’aime! – Part 2

Hi C,

I’ve been living in Madrid for three months and still haven’t made my way to Barcelona!! Now I have the perfect itinerary thanks to you!

The more time I spent in Paris, the more I fell in love with it. It really is the most romantic city in the world! We spent all of Saturday wandering the beautiful streets of the city. When we got to the Eiffel Tower, I was mesmerized as if I had never seen it before. I got really carried away with the Snapchat filters as you can see below hahahaha.

We had brunch at Marcel which is rumored to be the best brunch in the city. As you know, I have a crazy obsession with Eggs Benedict and what better place to order them than Paris. I ordered them with ham and L ordered them with avocado. We also shared chocolate chip pancakes. It really was one of the best brunches I’ve ever had. The service was great and very fast. The only problem is that the restaurant isn’t very big so we had to wait about 45 minutes to be seated. The good thing is that it’s located right next to a large mall so we just went there while we waited.

For dinner, we met up with some friends at Le Bistro du Parc. We ordered everything from the tar tar to pasta. It was really cold in Paris so we sat outside with those heating lamps but I felt so suffocated!! So either I was too cold or too hot.. the struggle was real hahaha.

Before heading to the airport, we went to brunch at Le Meurice which was in the movie Midnight in Paris! As soon as I walked in I was thinking wow wow wow. Just a warning it is a bit pricy as it’s about 100 euros per person. The buffet was extensive and you could also order from the menu. Of course I ordered eggs benedict again (I know I have a problem lol) and L ordered the chicken. I thought the décor was so breathtaking so I took a bunch of pictures. You can find the best ones below : )

Paris was amazing overall!!

Xoxo,

– K
