Nederland looks out of this world!!! Ahhhhh!! I really can’t wait to visit it later this year.

The drive to Évora was stunning. I am falling in love with Portugal more than ever. I feel like once you have traveled around the world, you can appreciate everything around you so much more. Last night we finally arrived at M’AR de AR. The hotel is breathtaking. It is so modern!!

After we checked in, my cousin and I decided to go for a run and explore the city. It was one of the best decisions we could have made!

We stopped by a Pingo Doce (local supermarket) and I love seeing junk food flavors that we don’t have in the United States! Soooo good!

We had dinner at Restaurante O Sobreiro. We had gone to a restaurant close by but because we had arrived so late they were closed. It was one of the best things that could have happened to us. This restaurant was our favorite by far! Might be because we had been eating meat for every meal and for dinner we ordered two types of bacalhau. For starters, we had the prosciutto and melon. For dessert we had an incredible orange tart!

One of the best parts of the dinner was the server. He was actually the owner of the restaurant and because it was a hole in the wall, it only had about 10 tables. He was one of the nicest people I have ever met! I definitely plan on coming back to this restaurant.

It’s already the next morning and we just had breakfast and now we are heading back to Lisbon!
