This week’s restaurant of the week is Kabuki! It is said to be the best Asian restaurant in all of Madrid. From the moment you walk in, you are mesmerized by all of the beautiful artwork and décor. 

I went to Kabuki for one of my friend’s birthday dinners with nine other people. It was my first time going there but some people who were at dinner go there a few times a month. They even know the waiters! The servers were all very friendly and helpful with recommendations. Everything from the table set up to the service to the food was excellent.

We enjoyed a variety of delicious Asian dishes including Shrimp Tempura (my favorite), nigiri huevo de codorniz con paté de trufa branca, nigiri steak tartar, tuna sashimi,usuzukuri de atún toro y pan con tomate, mujol con mojo verde y papa arruga, and tempura of some other fish I can’t remember the name.

I will admit that the restaurant can be a bit pricey but it’s totally worth it! It is also located right next to Gabana which is one of the hottest nightclubs in Madrid. Perfect date night!
