Hi everyone,
As you know even though we live in the same state, we don’t see each other nearly as often as we would like. We are in Portugal at different times but overlapped during a few days. We went to a cute little restaurant in Belém called À margem. It has a gorgeous view of the Tagus River.
K ate a bruschetta with tomato, cheese and pesto that looked so delicious she couldn’t resist and started eating it before she was able to take a picture, and also a grilled cheese and ham sandwich. C ate a mouth-watering Pasta al Tartufo. The sauce was phenomenal. K also had a scone for dessert.
On Christmas night, we met up in Cais Sodré, which had an insaneeee amount of people. Rua Rosa or (as tourists love to call it) Pink Street area is the perfect spot to go drinking with friends before going to a club. There are numerous bars and everyone has fun and hangs out on the streets.
We will meet again in January and we can’t wait to share it with you guys.
Xoxo,
– K and C
